My first two night in Rome was a complete nightmare. After arriving in Rome my air b and b cancelled on my family that included 11 adults, 3 infants, and a pregnant woman. We didn’t get any help from air b and b finding a new place to stay and it ruined the first part of our vacation. After traveling through Italy we were on a train back to rome for my last two nights and the Apartment (we thought it was a hotel) host that we booked through bookings.com texted my wife on WhatsApp demanding we pay cash. It was very scary so we cancelled our reservation and booked Hotel Pantheon through Priceline.com. It was the best decision we made on our vacation. After doing some investigation it turned out that this host does this quite often so he can get around paying the bookings.com fees. The Hotel Pantheon was amazing and the staff couldn’t’t be nicer. Best staff we encountered in Italy. The location was perfect. 30 second walk to the Pantheon which is the most amazing building I’ve ever seen. Also a ton of restaurants and shopping near by. I couldn’t have been happier staying at this fine hotel in a perfect Rome location.

Amazing location. It is directly next to the Pantheon and everything else is walkable. There are great restaurants right outside the front door and a number of cocktail, dessert, and coffee spots right on the street too! We loved being right in the center of it all and enjoyed hearing the nightlife out of our window. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating with all of our requests. Room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for 3. They serviced the room daily and stocked us with tea & coffee and refills for the bathroom. It was an excellent stay!

The service by the staff was excellent. The location of this hotel is in the heart of Rome so it is noisy, but conveniently located. The walk to the bus stop is about 5 minutes. Our room had a fridge which isn't always the case in European hotels. The walk to the Pantheon is about 5 minutes. One things good about this hotel is that it is by all the restaurants, at least a dozen restaurants. The beds were semi comfortable. The basic room is small compared to American standards. Overall its a good 4 star European hotel.

We liked the histrorical Rome. We was sleeping close by Piazza Navona. All sights are within walking distanse. Food is never a problem. All you need is within walking distanse. We will recomend Rome and Hotel Pantheon. We did not pr-book all tickets, but the the joy of Rome is worth the effort. Rome is an expensiv city, so start by planning your tour. I am a Norwegian, we do not expect luxary att all levels, but friendlyness from our fellow europeans. The Romans delivered.

We didn't try the breakfast, although i think all it consisted of was a prepacked muffin. But that's too big a deal beacause we wanted to eat out in town anyway. But the location was AMAZING! Literally a dozen steps from the Pantheon. Restaurants all around, narrow alleys, right off one of the best walking tours to famous sites. And the room was just really neat as well.
